LB Colin McCarthy and DT Jurrell Casey are both questionable for the Titans on Sunday with it sounding like a strong possibility that McCarthy could be held out of Sunday’s game.
According to reports McCarthy, who has been in an immobilizer boot all week for his ankle injury, is going to be re-evaluated on Saturday. It’s believed at that point that the team may elect to downgrade him to out for Sunday meaning he would miss his third straight game. The quarterback of the defense, the Titans have missed his presence in the lineup.
Meanwhile Casey finally practiced on Friday, albeit on a limited basis, due to a shoulder injury. He too is questionable.
OT Mike Otto is also questionable with a knee injury while LB Patrick Bailey is probable with a hand injury. QB Jake Locker, CB Tommy Campbell and RB Javon Ringer are all out for Sunday.
